How it's Made

Slit
Metal is slit according to cap size. Check out the video below to see slitting.

Punch
The slit metal is punched into "blanks."

Thread
The blanks are then thread. If you ordered unlined caps, the process stops here & the caps are boxed pending final release.

Line
Keep reading if you ordered caps with an insertion or plastisol liner. Liquid plastisol is cured through our ovens (top) or lining material is punched and inserted (bottom).
